Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll arrange an appropriate solution and cover eligible return costs.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All tables and chairs purchased from our website include a 5-year limited warranty.
The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?

It does not normally cover:

Are decor and accessories covered by the 5-year warranty?
The additional 5-year furniture warranty applies specifically to tables and chairs.

Will natural materials look exactly like the photos?
Not always — and that’s part of their character.
